In this policy, "us", "we" or "our" means Sound Alliance Pty Limited (ABN 45 091 839 468) and related bodies corporate. What information we collect

The personal information we collect about may include your name and contact details including phone number and email address, along with any other details you choose to share with us.

We collect your personal information when you register with us as a member or a subscriber, complete a survey, enter a competition, log a helpdesk request, or when you initiate contact with us.

to conduct competitions;

Management and security

Our Privacy Officer oversees the management of personal information in accordance with this policy and the Privacy Act. We take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information that we hold from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access, including by means of firewalls, pass word access and secure servers. However, you acknowledge that the information you provide to us is at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for misuse or loss of, or unauthorised access to, your personal information where the security of information is not within our control.

You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of any third party (including third parties that we are permitted to disclose your personal information to in accordance with this policy or any applicable laws). The collection and use of your information by such third parties may be subject to separate privacy and security policies.
